Cancellation Policy

Workshop Terms & Conditions Cancellation & Refund Policy We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while taking into account the preparation and resources provided in advance of the workshop. **Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the workshop:** You are entitled to a **100% refund** of your workshop fee. **Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop:** You are entitled to a **50% refund** of your workshop fee. This is because the workshop resources and PDF materials will already have been prepared and provided during this period. **Cancellations once the workshop has started:** Unfortunately, **no refund will be available** once the workshop has started, including if you are unable to attend or leave part-way through the session. To request a cancellation, please contact info@ignitedacademia.co.uk with your booking details. Resources & Recording Disclaimer All PDF resources, worksheets, materials and workshop recordings provided as part of the Back-to-School Workshop are for the **personal use of the registered student only**. These resources and recordings are protected by copyright and must not be copied, reproduced, shared, forwarded, uploaded, distributed or resold to any other person or organisation without prior written permission from Ignited Academia. Please do not share the PDF resources or workshop recording with friends, classmates, other families or on social media, messaging groups, online platforms or other websites. By purchasing the workshop, you agree to use all materials and recordings for your own personal educational purposes only.
