  • Stripe – payment processing

  • Analytics tools used by Wix to understand website usage

Online learning platforms and group sessions

  • We use Google Meet to deliver live private 1:1 classes or stand-alone group workshops online . During sessions, participants’ names and audio/video may be visible to myself and others in the session. These sessions are used solely for educational purposes and access is limited to enrolled students and, where appropriate, their parents or guardians.

  • We use Google Classroom to deliver group tutoring sessions, courses, and programmes such as the Study Strategy Lab.

  • When students join a group learning environment, their name may be visible to other enrolled participants within the same class or group. This is necessary for the normal operation of group-based learning and classroom interaction.

  • Access to Google Classroom is restricted to enrolled students and relevant parents or guardians. No additional personal data is shared within these environments beyond what is required to deliver the educational service.

  • We encourage students to:

    • use first name only if they prefer

    • avoid surnames or nicknames that identify them elsewhere online

 

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

 

How long do we keep your data?

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary:

  • Enquiry data: for as long as communication is ongoing

  • Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe

  • Customer records: retained for as long as required for legal, accounting, and educational purposes

  • Analytics data: according to Wix’s standard retention periods

 

Data is securely deleted when no longer required.
